Creative Momentum:
Skills and Techniques for Maintaining Clarity, Focus and Flow
with Meg Hayertz
Sunday, September 26th
What containers, routines, and techniques keep your creative process balanced and flowing? We might live for those moments when we’re immersed in the zone, but how do we set ourselves up to dive into the zone? How do we keep our project alive even when flow is out of reach? In this Creative Momentum workshop, we’ll play with ways of building balance and connection into our creative practices so that our inspiration doesn’t dry up, but rather continues to nourish our lives. Whether you love structure and order, or feel suspicious that structure will dampen your creative process, we’ll take a look at our expectations around “productivity” and open our minds and hearts to more flow.
Meg Hayertz (she/her, they/them), author of Tarot for Beginners (Althea Press), believes creating is an act of listening.
